Samsung South Africa has officially launched the Galaxy Note 10 Lite, as well as the Galaxy A51 and A71 smartphones, at an event in Sandton.
The Galaxy Note 10 Lite is a more affordable version of the Galaxy Note 10, which was launched last year.
The Note 10 Lite sports a 6.7-inch full HD+ AMOLED Infinity-O display.
It also has a triple-lens camera system which comprises an ultra-wide 12MP lens, a wide-angle 12MP lens, and a telephoto 12MP lens. It also has a 32MP front camera.
It uses an octa-core processor, and offers users a 4,500mAh battery which has “super fast charging” capabilities, as well as up to 8GB RAM and 128GB storage.
“The Galaxy Note devices have met consumer wants and demands around the world,” said Justin Hume, Director of Integrated Mobility at Samsung South Africa.
“The power of the Note 10 Lite and its famous S Pen is now accessible to more people in South Africa.”
The Note 10 Lite will cost R12,999 in South Africa.
Galaxy A51 and A71
Samsung South Africa also launched its Galaxy A51 and A71 smartphones.
Both of these smartphones have Full HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-O displays and offer up to 128GB internal storage.
They also both have quad-lens camera systems, with 48MP and 64MP primary lenses on the A51 and A71 respectively.
The Galaxy A51 and A71 smartphones also have on-screen fingerprint scanners, facial recognition, and large batteries

The Galaxy A51 will be available from R6,999, while the A71 will be priced from R8,999.
